WAIVER TO PARTICIPATE

The Waiver to Participate form is a one-page form and must be completed PRIOR to participating in the event. Please email or bring the form with you to the Project. Any student who does not have their Waiver to Participate form will not be allowed to participate.

CANCELLATION POLICY

There is a $250.00 non-refundable fee. In order to receive a partial refund, we must be notified no later than Thursday, May 11, 2024 for our June Leadership Project. No refunds will be issued unless due to illness or medical emergency. In the case of an injury, illness or any other circumstance does not allow you to cancel prior to May 12, we can offer two options: 1) you can send a sibling in your place, or 2) the event fee (minus the $250.00 non-refundable fee) will be rolled over to a future Love Progress Park registration/enrollment. There are no refunds if cancellation occurs within 72 hours of start time. *Doctors notes should be emailed as attachments to [email protected].

WHAT TO BRING

Water bottles (NO GLASS), pen, notebook, money for the Love Progress Park store; Dress in activewear and layers - inside will be air conditioned, outside will be hot! - (sneakers, socks, shorts, t-shirts, hair ties (as needed) long-sleeve tees, sweatshirts)

The HEROwn Story Summer Leadership Project is a 3-day fun and inspirational workshop using Love Progress Park's T.A.E.L.R. method (Think Act Experience Learn Reach) to teach emotional intelligence, goal setting, self-care, physical fitness, accountability, and so much more for the purpose of motivating girls to write the next year’s story of their lives with themselves as the HERO at the end.
